  • "Worked with Brad and he hung out with me and talked bikes and let me sit on probably every bike on the lot until I found one that fit me perfect. This is my first bike and I wasn't super confident with it so Brad took the time that he didn't have to, to drive it up the ramp and park it in the bed of my truck and helped strap it in with brand new straps provided by the service department as he felt the straps I brought weren't safe enough. I can't say enough good things about him as a salesman or a human being. I'll definitely be going to him next year as I plan to get a WR250R for trails. They sell great gear and provide a 15% discount for people that have bought bikes there. The person at the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right gear for not just the bike I was riding but also my personality. Overall my experience with Sehorn Yamaha and all their staff was very positive and I plan to purchase all of my bikes and ATVs from this lot."

  • "We purchased a Rhino back in 2012. Very pleased with it!! .. . We wanted to trade in my Kawasaki Brute force at the time on the new Rhino but discovered it had mechanical issues that needed fixed so we asked Sehorn quote us a price to fix it. We agreed to the price and they did the work but when we go to pick up the 4 wheeler the price when up about $400.00 to $500.00!!! NO PHONE CALL ON THE PRICE INCREASE...We figured..well....just something that happens....had no choice...we just paid it and went on. Last week my husband contacted them about an exhaust part needed for his 08 Rhino. He told the guy EXACTLY what he needed....They quoted a price for the part... my husband asked what it would cost for them to install it....He was told right about $320.00 for everything... I guess we should have learned our lesson last time because when he called today to let them know he is coming to pick it up .... they tell him the total is $700 plus!! Once ....maybe!!!. but ..TWICE!! I don't think we will do business with Sehorn EVER AGAIN... two of my children just purchased brand new vikings here...not to mention our friends have done business at Sehorn... your product and sales are great but you can bet I am going to let people know about your SERVICE DEPT. I can't believe you wouldn't call the customer to let them know of a price increase before you did the work!! I don't know about some people but I don't just have $400.00 laying around! IF YOU WANT A QUOTE AT SEHORN IN SHAWNEE...MIGHT WANT TO GET THAT IN WRITING!!!"

  • "Had my 2000 Vstar 650 rejetted because of aftermarket air filter. Work was completed, but they couldn't get it to idle right. Said it was going to be a couple of days for other shop to look at the carbs. I told him that it was the idle adjustment screw on the side of the motor, because I adjusted all the way out to look at bottom of carb bowls before I took it in. When I arrived on 03/18/15 to pick up bike, they mechanic quickly loaded it up while I was walking inside to pay and didn't think much about it. I thought that it was real good and fast customer service, didn't relize that they we hiding a mistake until I got home and relized that someone in the shop put a large ( quarter size) dent on the side of the tank. I was mad and plan on calling the dealership in the morning to get this problem corrected."

Everytime I step foot into the dealership I am greeted with respect. Marc helped me locate a trailer to purchase at a great price and even offered to deliver the atv,s to my house at no charge if I didn't get a trailer.The service department is outstanding.   • "I heard about Sehorn about 4 years ago...Ever since then, I have been going there for all repairs, tires, etc. Paul has been a tremendous help. Also, in August of 2012, I was taking my bike out to get new tires when the back tire blewout right there on the Harrison exit....So Mark just drove a trailer down to pick me up........Now how many owners do you know would even think about doing something like that...let alone, letting their workers come out on the highway to pick you up??? I've always been between BMW,Honda and Yamaha but now??? There's no question....With this type of service and consideration and care for customer's, SEHORN is the ONLY way to go!!!!"

  • "I recently delivered 3 atv bikes to the service department for various needs and a range of problems. two are yamahas and 1 Suzuki. Paul the service manager has went well above and beyond to complete this order. 1 Yamaha has givin them quite the problem and we have struggled getting the correct part for the suszuki. because paul still cares about the people he services bikes for he told me I was more than welcome to come and retrieve the finished atv so that my son could hit the trails again. he has refused to except payment on the work completed until all the bikes are fixed. All service departments should take a note form Mark Sehorns Crew. sehorn Yamaha has gained a lifelong customer due to Pauls customer skills. Thank you for the work."
